INGREDIENTS

  • 39 Gram Whey Isolate (flavor of choice) or plant based alternative

  • 200 ml unsweetened coconut milk

  • 150 Gram peach (sliced)

  • 100 ml canned coconut cream

  • 1 Teaspoon cinnamon

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Add all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth consistency is formed

  2. Pour the smoothie into a large glass

  3. Serve
