INGREDIENTS

  • 120 Gram frozen banana

  • 100 Gram frozen mixed berries

  • 5 Gram chia seeds

  • 30 Gram PI Nutrition Whey Isolate (flavor of choice) or plant based alternative

  • 300 ml unsweetened coconut milk

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Add all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth consistency is formed

  2. Pour the smoothie into a large glass

  3. Serve
