  • 35 Gram PI Nutrition Chocolate Whey Isolate OR plant based alternative

  • 100 Gram frozen mixed berries

  • 140 Gram frozen banana

  • 300 ml unsweetened almond milk

  • 30 Gram rolled oats

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Add all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth consistency is formed

  2. Pour the smoothie into a large glass

  3. Serve
