40 Gram rolled oats
150 Gram frozen raspberry
15 Gram peanut butter
300 ml unsweetened almond milk
70 Gram ice (0.5 cup)
INSTRUCTIONS
Add all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth consistency is formed
