INGREDIENTS

  • 25 Gram PI Nutrition Vanilla Whey Isolate (or plant based alternative)

  • 40 Gram rolled oats

  • 150 Gram frozen raspberry

  • 15 Gram peanut butter

  • 300 ml unsweetened almond milk

  • 70 Gram ice (0.5 cup)

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Add all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth consistency is formed

  2. Pour the smoothie into a large glass

  3. Serve
