INGREDIENTS
140g banana, frozen
1 tsp. (5g) greens powder (alkalising greens powder no added sugar)
35g vanilla protein powder
10g LSA meal (linseed, sunflower, almond meal)
20g baby spinach leaves
300ml unsweetened almond milk
1 cup ice
INSTRUCTIONS
Add all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth consistency is formed
Pour the smoothie into a large glass
Serve
